Love My Maids provides all cleaning products and equipment.  We use professional cleaning products that clean much better than "grocery store" products.  We also bring our own vacuum and mops.

Yes.  All recurring services start with a Deep Cleaning - either our Basic Spring Cleaning or the Deluxe Deep Cleaning. There are, however some occasions when this requirement can be waived - like when the house is brand new or you are just switching from a different maid services.

Yes, the move cleaning is exclusively for empty houses.  Houses that are still occupied and furnished should choose a Basic Spring Cleaning or a Deluxe Deep Cleaing.

All cleanings include high-touch surface disinfection with an EPA approved disinfectant rated to kill the Covid-19 virus.  (High touch surfaces are things like door knobs, counter tops, cabinet pulls, etc.)

Our professional disinfecting service disinfects all areas of the home with a fine mist of EPA approved disinfectant.  Our disinfectant is safe on all surfaces,  The home is safe to occupy within 15 minutes.
