Kathy Churchman is the co-owner and leader of Love My Maids, a residential cleaning company that began in 2015 in a Grand Prairie garage. With just two cleaning technicians and no clients, the company was built around a simple idea: treat employees and customers with respect, take responsibility for the work, and never cut corners.
Love My Maids has grown from a small garage-based operation into a team of 30 professional house cleaners serving more than 360 recurring clients throughout Arlington, Fort Worth, Grand Prairie, Mansfield, Bedford, Euless, Hurst, North Richland Hills, and Cedar Hill.
The company has built a strong, experienced team, with more than half of its employees staying for over two years—an uncommon level of stability in the residential cleaning industry.
